Zero response to complaint.

Zero response to complaint. Once again, Gatsbyshoes say that they want to resolve a complaint but in fact their action is zero, See below their standard response: "Thank you for reaching out and providing us with your feedback regarding your experience with Gatsbyshoes. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by our initial response to your complaint. I want to assure you that your dissatisfaction does not align with our standards of customer service, and I am personally looking into your case to rectify the situation. I will ensure that the appropriate actions are taken to address the issues you've encountered, including the discrepancy on this sizes." Ha, ha...personally (yea right) what action? ---- It's Zero! As in my earlier reviews, this company is one you do not want to purchase product from..why? If the product quality is poor Or, they have sent the wrong size Or, a returned product goes missing....you have to pay the cost of the return! This cost is often more than the shoe that you purchased, OH, and if the return goes missing (see other customer reviews) you get zero help from their ironically named Customer Service! Seriously, if you are looking to purchase shoes, do not order from this company, if you do, you will be sorry. shoe.
