They have plenty of everything, they are quick and efficient, and on more than one occasion actually asked how I was. So Great customer service. I use them for patch leads and tranceivers mainly, they are always carefully packed.

Top !

Stay away from this switch! Support is only in China. The support staff will only email you manuals! Cannot answer any questions about switch. They will get right back to you about a purchasing question but ask a question once a purchase has been made all you hear is crickets! I sent this back to them on Feb 22. Shino; I will be available on Feb 23rd at 8 AM EST. Thank you Shino got back to me and fixed the problem. She is a woman who honored her word! They are in China so you will have to work with them but I am happy to update my review to 5 stars! Very happy now!

Throughout several years it has been the worst service I have received, they do not give a valid invoice for Mexico, FS.COM are not clear in their shipments, you have to pay additional money to receive it, etc.... In a few words the first and last time I buy with you

Dear customer, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the invoice issue. We take it very seriously and will strive to address the issue if possible. As for the "additional money", the buyer / importer is held responsible for paying import taxes as requested by the Mexican government. FS hasn't and will never charge you any fee we should't have. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a nice day.
Item got here in a couple of days. That was in stock. Other arrived shortly there after. Quicker than tracking could keep up.
