Import charge of £63 on a £145 order. An extra 43% The import bill comes nearly 2 months later. Don't use Brexit as an excuse, they have a UK office. Nothing wrong with the products.

Dear Andrew, we sincerely apologize for bringing you an unpleasant experience. The local office located in the UK offers in-time support and orders in stock should be shipped from our Germany Warehouse at the current stage. We will make this clearer on the website to inform customers. It is hoped that one day we can serve you better by establishing a warehouse in the UK. Thanks for your feedback. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know. We always love to hear from you.
The received product has a excellent quality and was delivered in just one day.
