FS.COMReviews of fs.com

Beaucoup de choix, des prix très corrects. J’enlèverais tout de même une étoile pour le côté « éco-responsable » : les câbles sont emballés individuellement dans des pochettes plastiques. Quand on en commande 20, vous imaginez bien la quantité de déchets…

First of all, the products are of very high quality, well packed, work flawlessly. For the price, they are simply outstanding. Last but not least, customer service is excellent. Helpful, friendly, responsive. Overall for me, it was a wonderful shopping experience with FS.com

The support of this company goes beyond all imagination

Fantastic value for a very fair price. Fast delivery if articles are available at a regional warehouse. My go-to shop for all needs related to fiber (patch cables, transceivers, DAC, network adapters).

Bought 6 switches and various SFP and fiber patch cable. Great communication pre and post sales. Great support at a level I was not expecting for a home user (including remote debug session with dev team for a SSH problem which resulted in a new firmware version)

Ordered goods on 14th May received 21st May. I expected 2-4 days max. Zero communication as to the delay and when I spoke to CS, they really did not care much that we had engineers waiting for the goods. install delayed. They ship from Germany on economy express 2-4 day guidance. That service is by road so do plan accordingly

I've used these guys for a few jobs and this last one has been an utter disaster. Everything ordered was in stock and available. Half the order then arrived three weeks late. a week after it should have been installed, so job with customer postponed. 6 weeks later after chasing, being told the delay was due to component shortages (They have the items in stock!) I finally get told my order was cancelled. No notification, no refund offered. The customer has been delayed two months at this point so a rather terse email exchange later and they arrive in two days! Huzzaa! I have to book access to this site so at three months past the order date I rock up on site, collect the boxes, go to install and.... Sent with european AC adaptors and totally useless. Waiting on a response now but how FS have gone so far down the drain in such a short space of time....?
