I got m’y Swift Horse end of Judy 2024, i’m now up to 1600 kms on it, and no problem so far !!! Powerful, confortable, great look, long range battery, in fact, to me it’s just perfect !! About Customer service, i only need it once, at the very beginning ( bike wrong color ) and it was very easy to deal with them. FULL SATISFACTION !!

There are many options for versitile and fun e-bike. And certainly my FEESKY Alaska has been an excellent purchase for me. Good features and excellent value. But more than just a bike you buy a company. And after an accident Sara and Ande offered exceptional customer support. Be it Facebook or direct access that were informative, considerate and communicated effectively. I would highly recommend FREESKY for any ebike enthusiast.

J'ai fait l'achat du Swith Horse X Pro en juin 2024, plus de 1500km de rouler jusqu'à maintenant et j'en suis entièrement satsfait.Aucun problème jusqu'à maintenant, l'autonomie et la puissance de ce vélo sont excellentes. Le service après vente est sans reproche et la livraison est assez rapide lorsqu'on commande le vèlo ou des articles. Je le recommande à tous. Bon rapport qualitè/prix

This Company that makes the Alaska pro are the Best after sales team I've ever know. The Gentleman hows name us Ande responded to my question straight away and sent me free gifts for this Amazing Bike. I'm 54 and are waiting on two new knees replacements but this Bike as given me freedom again,The bike makes me feel young again 10 out of 10 and Thank-you Ande your Company should be Proud of you Paul.

After my other half got his Freesky Warrior it made me see how great these bikes are, my existing e-bike paled in comparison. When I got home and found he had got me my own Freesky Ranger I was over the moon!!! It's amazing, so comfy, love all the settings and options, the suspension eats up the bumps... and the battery range is brilliant. Can't recommend this brand of bikes enough. One happy bunny!!

I recently purchased my second Freesky EBike and Would never regret the decision. My first FreeSky was a Swift-Horse, that now has over 6K on it & still turning heads on the Trails... I recently purchased a NEW Warrior Pro M-530 After about 2 weeks I have almost 500 miles on it and can't describe the feeling I get ENJOYING it on the Trails. The power and quality of the Warrior Pro is exceptional, and a pleasure to Ride... I would highly recommend FreeSky & especially the Warrior Pro to any Rider wanting an AWESOME positive experience in EBike riding... That's not the reason I purchased my second EBike from FreeSky. Customer Support and Service is exceptional and rare in the EBike industry. I challenge you to find a EBike Company that takes care of their customers better than FreeSky... If you have an issue, their eager to solve your problems and make sure your Riding and ENJOYING your FreeSky EBike.

Amazeing customer service. Had a few issues we thought was controler. They send one air freight had it on three days. Bike still had same issue . They then sent me a battery cradle and a new battery and a free tube and break pads because of the issues I was haveing.which I thought was really nice of them if you are lucky enoughe to deal with andi. He will treat you like family he went above and beyond to fix the issues I had I'm very happy with my purchase great company if I could give 10 stars I would
