FREESKY eBikeReviews of freeskycycle.com

I decided to order one electric bike and it arrived as a single option with no substitutes. From the first pedal stroke I felt pure energy surging through me. The build is rugged the acceleration is smooth and the range exceeds expectations. This is not merely transportation it is a call to adventure. If you sit on the fence you lose time. Get on the seat and feel the freedom. Every mile proves the choice was right. Ride hard ride far and never look back.

Company sold me a bike in May of 2025, 3 months after that the frame cracked they sent a replacement part which we agreed on then sending a new frame and they didn't they sent a part of the swingarm and s month later that cracked as well so since August 2025 I have not been able to ride my bike cause this company is a bunch of liars they have no made good on any of the promises they made so I spent 2500$ on a bike I can't ride cause now they don't even respond to emails and my bike is under warranty still I requested a refund which they agreed to and never released my money they also agreed to sent me a complete new bike which they never sent basically the sell cheap shit products for top dollar and when it breaks cause it will they just ignore you don't return emails and that's the only way to contact them

DO NOT BUY!! They sell you stock they don't have and will not reimburse you after 2 month without delivery. Customer service guy dodge giving us real upgrade, always promising update soon and disappear when we ask for a refund. This is BLATENT FRAUD.

-Canada, B.C. -Horrible customer service. -Fraudulent. -Would not recommend or buy. I ordered a E-bike off Freesky Canadian website. Included shipping in B.C. Order said 5-8 business days for a shipping / tracking number. I never received one or the bike. I contact customer support and spoke with the suppler in B.C. He kept saying it would ship the following week after week. After 8 weeks of this and still nothing. I ended up having to contact my credit card company for a charge back.

I ordered a part for my scooter. I was in contact with customer service at first, but when I asked if the part was really in stock(like their website said), they stopped responding to me. Now I have no idea if I'm even getting the part. I rely solely on my scooter to make deliveries. This is ridiculous.

I bought the FREESKY Alaska Pro (2025), and the rear crossmember failed, leaving the bike completely broken and unusable. When I contacted FREESKY, customer service would not offer a proper solution. They sent a replacement part but left me to deal with the actual repair on my own. I had to take the bike to Adventure Cycle Works in Trevose, PA, and pay $408.63 out of pocket just for the labor to install it (receipt dated 09/05/25). An expensive e-bike should come with real support when a frame part fails. Instead I was left with a broken, unusable bike and a repair bill. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind its product when things go wrong.

Got Error 10 on Rocky Pro 320, contcated support on August 04, they sent on September 03 new display, but it is different the the old one,no instruction how to instal and use the new display. Since Septmber 03 they do not reply to my emails,I am complety ignored .There is no way to contact them by phone.

Final update 7/30/2026 After posting to Trustpilot they reached out and wanted face time to help. They offered some lame things. I called Amazon customer service to see if their logistics could help me ship this POS back on a slow boat and that Freesky generously (ahem) OFFERED me only 70% refund and I had to pay shipping. The next day.... 5 months after getting this thing.. Amazon gave me a Full refund tax and shipping included. I have it on very good authority that they frequently mess with US customers. If you don't return your bike within the 90 you are... Well... Messed up. Update to the review I wrote below... They disingenuously replied saying how concerned they are and I should reach out to support.. I've been "dealing with" "support" for 5 (five) months. Below is my original post... Run!! Do not walk away from this POS. The one I bought is a boat anchor. I've been dealing with it since Feb 2026.. it's now July 2026. They FINALLY said ship it back.. which means, I'm paying for shipping and only getting a 70 percent refund. They say.. we've been here to help you with all of your problems... The problem is ALL of the problems. Sooo basically I spent and lost $1200. Oh I should that ... Against Amazon policy .. they bribed me to change my initial review. What a mistake
