Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re truly honored that your Swift Horse has served you well for over 2,000 miles across such a wide range of terrains — from city streets to hiking trails and everything in between. It’s exactly the kind of versatile performance we strive to deliver. We’re especially glad to hear how well it performs on hills and that it’s lived up to your expectations in power and ride quality. And it’s always a huge compliment when a satisfied rider wants to bring a loved one into the Freesky family — thank you for the recommendation! We also really appreciate your honest feedback. Regarding the original tires — we understand how frustrating multiple flats can be, and we’re glad to hear the puncture-resistant upgrade resolved the issue. As for the wrist throttle suggestion, that's an excellent idea. We’ve passed your input along to our product team for future consideration — rider preferences like yours help us improve with every generation. Thanks again for being a part of the Freesky journey. Wishing you many more strong, smooth, and adventurous miles ahead! Warm regards, The Freesky Team
