The quality was great and I got it faster then expected. The only thing I didn't like was the expensive shipping, it should not be $10.00 to ship an id card and tag.

I found the questionnaire simple, thoughtful and to the point. Response was rapid. I haven't used it yet, but the letter contains all things required for housing and travel.

I was very thankful I received an email prior to the harness being shipped. I had ordered a medium without following diagram. I did need a small!! So Thank you!! It saved time and money that I would had to return for another. The Harness fits great. I would love to suggest another style that would fit more like a body harness that I can hook her leash to. As of now, she has to wear her body harness under her ESA vest. A bit warm for summer heat. I also love the ID card. Very HAPPY!!
