I adopted my dog through Free My Paws and the whole thing went smoother than I expected. They kept me posted on transport dates and answered my texts pretty quick, and he showed up healthy and just like his pictures.

Several years ago I ordered a vest and ID cards from Free My Paws. Within the last year I ordered a different vest and up dated ID cards. One of the cards that I carry in my pocket had rubbed some of the letters off. I sent an e mail with a photo of it. The card was cheerfully replaced with a new one. Great customer service.
