We received the package and thank you very much. It fits him perfectly. The only concern that I would like to pass on could be just coincidental but I feel I have to mention it: about a week or so after ordering the vest package on line using my visa card to purchase, I had a call from the fraud division of the Royal Bank of Canada. Questioning some purchases that appeared coming from Pay Pal. When I checked my visa statement on line while on the phone, I noted that there was about $1,000.00 of goods purchased. These were not my purchases, and the only time I used my credit card on line for a very long time was with your company. The bank cancelled my visa and issued a new one, and reversed the fraudulent charges. I do not know how my visa number came into someone's possession. Perhaps you could check with your bank and have them check for unauthorized access to this type of information. thanks.

I ordered my products under very tight timing. I called and left a message to communicate my timing concerns and to see if they could meet my deadline. They were EXTREMELY helpful and did everything to ensure that I had my products in time. Wonderful experience!!

I was very pleased with the entire process of ordering a ESD kit, included photo ID of pet. The vest is still a little large (ordered tiny) but I was able to adjust the fit by removing the straps and adding snaps instead. My Chihuahua is only going to be 3lbs, at her heaviest. Other than that, the whole experience was a breeze. I've even recommended Freemypays.com to my our family Vet. staff in case they ever get another patient that needs the information. This is the second year that I have ordered supplies from Free My Paws. Their equipment is outstanding and my service dog Bianca is very comfortable in her vest. I would like to see it made easier to re-order ID cards. But, other than that I have been very satisfied.
