Purchased the ESA kit for my dog Chubs, he travels often and this kit is very helpful! It makes traveling easier as everyone can see clearly that he has a purpose and is more than a "pet" for me. All the products were well made and delivered in a timely fashion.

The vest has very sharp edges where the seems come together by the straps. This horrible stitching job is cheap and Irritates dogs skin. Had to put heavy tape over all the edges. Quality is to rough and scratchy and stiff. For the price you pay the quality should be better. Softer material and seamless soft stitching. The metal tag is ok.... Again cheaply made and all the edges are rough. The company could at least file the edges! Will not recommend and will not purchase from this site again.

I renewed my service animal ID card the price was right. I email them and they sent me a how to do it. All when well.
