I will not hesitate to refer a friend to Free My Paws

I own an autism service animal business and depend on the products sold at this site. Unfortunately, twice within a matter of days my credit card information showed fraud after using this site. I have cancelled two credit cards as a result. I guess I will be calling in my orders from here on in!

I always had good things to say about free my paws it's the best company I ever ordered from every time the people were nice knew exactly what I wanted and was great even shipping was fast

I had previously registered my Service Dog with Free My Paws, and a few years later, his vest was falling apart, and there was an expiration date on my ID card. So I looked through their website for just a new vest & ID cards, but no luck. So I ordered the entire kit for $199, but sent an email to Free My Paws asking if there was any way to just order the vest & ID cards. Low & behold, they called me the next day, adjusted my order for just a vest & ID cards and saved me, much needed, $70.00. Kudos to Free My Paws for not only saving me money, but the vest is much sturdier than the previous vest and will hopefully last longer. Also, they removed the expiration date on the ID card as there should be no expiration! Thank You Free My Paws!! Deb

Free My Paws is an excellent resource for service dog vests and identification. Customer service is as excellent as quality! I would highly recommend and also order from "Free My Paws" again!
