Wilson was sincere in his reply about my inverter problem and he was very responsive when I sent additional information by email. He provided me with the status of my trouble ticket and gave me the next steps, to include the timeline.

The team kept in touch despite the delay for inspection to be scheduled. Did not bother me with too much detail, but they could not expedite the process due to entities involved. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The representative was helpful and sent my concern to the correct team. And they emailed me that my issue was resolved. But now I just received a new alert, so the issue is NOT resolved. And I held for 1 hour to even get through.

#1 Keyvone was super helpful and took ownership in resolving our maintenance issue. He was easy to talk with and truly professional. Made for a pleasant customer experience after being in the Customer Support phone queue for over 2+ hours.
