Suntrek SolarReviews of suntreksolar.com

I had a very smooth experience with Suntrek Solar. Th installation was quick, and the support very responsive. Would reccomend.

Customer service was wonderful. They were able to take care of all of my questions/need.

Suntrek Solar is a top notch company. They installed our solar years ago and are the only ones I trust to keep it running smoothly. Their customer service is phenomenal! Amanda in the office is very friendly and works miracles to make sure we are satisfied. Junior comes to the house to make sure everything is working well and he goes above and beyond to take the time to explain everything to me. They are so honest and try to fix things before buying new parts. I sure appreciate Suntrek Solar and am glad to be their customer.

Overall positive experience, scheduling could have been better but system is working as expected and pool is nice and warm. Thanks, James McAdams

The entire crew at Suntrek was amazing to work with. Every interaction was professional and courteous. The installation went smoothly and we are really enjoying our warm pool!

Well, we waited almost two months for the installation. Then it was delayed another day due to rain where they are, not here. And, of course, it started pouring in the middle of the installation. So the guys took a nice lunch. None of that bothered us, but honestly, weather report for where you’re going?? Since the installation everything seems fine. The transfer rate was really high and noisy. My husband adjusted it after several days and now it’s fine. We still haven’t gotten our receipt or any information about how the system actually works. But I did get this!

Our experience with the entire Suntrek team was 5 star from beginning to end! Family operated, reasonable, reliable, great communication and the installation was perfect. It is a refreshing moment when you are as satisfied as we are! In fact, we just gave our neighbors Suntrek's number! David and Marhnelle Hibbard

Suntrek installed our pool solar three days ago. the air temp is 84 and the pool is 88 without turning on the gas heater. The install crew was on time, extremely courteous and professional. So pleased to have selected Suntrek.
