It there is no all items in the new system and the new warehouse release incomplete orders without tell with us.

Great product the 4L but shipping times are unacceptable, 4-5 weeks. Had to look elsewhere for another printer.

We received excellent support to help us resolve an issue we were having with our Form 4L. They were quick to respond and send us replacement parts. The support team was great. Their support makes us even more likely to purchase more products from them in the future.

My company urges me to order and pay via 30Day net. The problem is that the method takes an additional 2-3 days to process the order. And multiple orders have come in wrong and I had to take pictures of the wrong order, send them back to FL's, and then get them back to UPS so that I can then, days later, get the correct order. Because of this, I order using my personal credit card so that I can get my order processed in a shorter time which results in the correct order getting shipped to me. Then I have to hear my company reprimand me for not using the 30 days net. FormLabs uses a horrible logistics company. I think it's Omni still??
