Being able to reach Formlabs support over the phone instantly with no questions asked is peak customer service and so rare these days. Reps dispatch fixes because they know customers depend on their machines for commercial operations. If they don’t know something, they look it up and never waste your time. Keep up the great work Formlabs!

Amazing printer and top notch support.

Very long time between order and receipt of order. Had to call to find out what happened and was told there was a fraud issue. The order was paid for on the date I ordered the resin. There was confusion about the shipping to address. After I made multiple phone calls about the shipping address being wrong on the invoice, I received a tracking notice and the address on the notice was to the wrong address. Another phone call latter I was assured the package was going to the correct address. It did finally arrive about 20 days after I placed the order. Not to encouraging.

Each order had something wrong. Spilled resin broken resin container, missing power supply cable. Just didn't feel very professional and like care was taken with these products.
