Hi Rick - We're so sorry to hear that there might have been some confusion over our shipping and delivery timelines. We try to be very transparent with how your items will ship. Items will ship according to their shipping timelines as posted, but delivery timelines may vary depending on whether the shipping method is FedEx ground or freight shipping. It looks like your order did ship within the 5-7 business days noted, but it did ship freight, as is required for the product type. We're happy to explain: Smaller items, such as side table, are going to ship FedEx ground and be delivered in a matter of days. However, larger or more delicate items, like your modular table, or orders with more than 100 lbs of merchandise will ship freight. Freight shipping does take longer (2-5 weeks). Additionally, you'll always see your final delivery timeline posted at checkout before you submit payment, so if the delivery timeline doesn't work for you, you can always make the decision that works best for you. Hi Lynda - Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're so sorry to hear that there might have been some confusion around how we deal with order changes and cancellations. We iron all this out on our cancellation FAQ on our website ( https://floydhome.com/pages/faq#do-you-accept-order-changes-and-cancellations ) and note that orders may not be able to be canceled at checkout and in your confirmation email, but we can ALWAYS help if you make a mistake! It looks like at the time of your cancellation request, we were able to cancel your Underbed Storage but your Bed was already slated for shipping and could not be canceled. We understand that can be alarming, but it looks like our team helped you process an in-transit return instead (which is our version of a cancellation of a shipped order). Your delivery has been successfully canceled and your full refund is processing. It can take up to 24 hours to receive your refund confirmation email, so please keep an eye out and check your spam folders as well. We understand you were hoping for a different color and we hope you'll take advantage of our Fall Sale to purchase the color you did want.
