Hi Dave - Thanks for taking the the time to post your feedback. We believe in transparency and honesty, which is why our lead times are posted on each product's page before you buy and again at checkout. That way, if a lead time doesn't work for you, you can modify your order to another style that might have a faster lead time. Looks like your order is on time and as expected, and we hope you'll agree it's worth the wait! We pride ourselves on being an antidote to "fast furniture" or mass-produced, low-quality pieces that ultimately end up in landfills. Sourcing and building a more sustainable product does take a bit more time, but we think it's the right investment and we hope you will too! Thanks for your feedback, David! We do everything we can to be transparent with our lead times and pricing so that you can make the best decision for you before you decide to purchase. We do carry some items like Mattresses in stock, but as a company committed to sustainability and the reduction of landfill waste, a large number of our items are made-to-order. We are also really thoughtful about the materials that we use to combat the culture of fast-furniture. Delivering on these premium products that are built to last do take longer than your average mass-produced retailer and they do cost a little more. All that said, as we like to say, we are in the business of making "furniture for keeping", and while we know that furniture is an investment, we're confident this will be an investment that will last you for a lifetime and give you the option of growing with you with its modular design. We are thrilled that ultimately you chose Floyd for your Bed and we are confident that the lead times will be worth the wait! We hope you'll agree, and if you aren't 100% satisfied with your product when it arrives, your team is standing by to help and will always make it right.

Hi Anna - We're so sorry to hear that your Floyd Sectional arrived in less-than-perfect condition. That's never something we take lightly and we will always make it right with a free replacement. As a sustainable furniture company committed to combatting waste, we don't mass produce our pieces but rather build them made to order. We know that this does create longer lead times, but we know it's a more sustainable approach to fast furniture and, we hope, part of the value. We also require returns so that we can repurpose otherwise useable pieces to keep them out of landfills. None of this is to discount the serious disappointment of not being able to enjoy your piece as expected, but only to explain a bit more about why the lead times are longer.
