The signal between the gateway and the connect module continuosly and regualry drops off shutting down the app access to the system. The Pinpoint sensors do not connect to the gateway unless they are on the same floor of the house and fairly close. I will need to buy at least 2 and maybe 3 range extenders. Frustrating experience!!

The system is constantly cutting off the water supply, even with no leaks Even though i have disabled the unit monitoring water flo, it still shuts off the water The app is terrible - the font is too small to read without a magnifying glass and is really difficult to use. It does not notify me in advance of shutting off the water. i regret installing this system The Moen Flo's that I have in my other houses are much, much better and cost significantly less. i put the Flologic in so the house manager could manage the system as well as me, but its a terrible system it was a very expensive mistake

doesnt offer half of what Moen offers Moen Gives you daily usage emails and additional information sent to your email daily or weekly so you can manage the usage. You don’t get that with FloLogic

Please know that unlike the brand you mention, only FloLogic can see drip level leaks in real time (others need a pint or more per minute of flow to see real time leaks), only FloLogic has standard battery backup that powers the System for a number of days during an outage, it uniquely has user-defined settings and integrations that can virtually eliminate nuisance shutoffs, and only FloLogic has solid brass valves available up to 2" with a best-in-category 5-year warranty. And, we are committed to U.S.-based available live phone support to help our users enjoy the benefits of FloLogic. system not working-- it wont co0nnect and i have run the water around system as it shuts water off within a minute when not connected-- qould love a knowlegeable tecjh rep to come pout and trouble shoot

Hello - Please give us a call so we can help you get back online 877-356-5644. Also, it sounds like you're in the Away mode. Whether online or not, you can simply tap the "Home" button on the local Connect module to get back in the Home mode.

We installed the FloLogic in a vacation home at the strong urging of Chubb Insurance but have been very disappointed due to high installation costs, multiple false alarms, and minimal insurance savings. Installation required: -an electrician to install a grounded outlet next to the FloLogic valve -a plumber to install extension piping because the valve was too large to fit in the space available in a newly constructed house -an alarm technician to interface the unit with the home security system as required by our homeowner's insurance to qualify for what turned out to be a minimal reduction in our insurance premium. We experienced multiple false alarms at the default settings which were especially difficult to deal with in a vacation home far from our residence. The last straw has been further false alarms generated by an exterior motion-activated sprinkler installed to deter geese from landing on a lakeside dock, Our only options now are to further adjust the leak thresholds to a point that they may not actually provide protection, incur further plumbing expense by changing the piping supplying the external spigot, or living with a dock defiled by waterfowl. Instead of peace of mind, this device has provided an ongoing source of annoyance to the point that it is now doubtful I would believe it if it ever reported an actual leak,

We are sorry to understand that you're frustrated with false alarms on your vacation home. The FloLogic System with app control lets you make settings adjustments from anywhere. You can add on the WiFi controller to get this feature. In the meantime, I believe some basic settings adjustments will allow your goose deterring sprinkler to work and not cause false alarms. The FloLogic leak detection system seems like a good product. I started with version 1. Yes it had a few problems. I then purchased v2. I have yet to get it installed (after several years!). As a senior citizen, finding the funds to have someone install it has not happened, and I have not had the ability to do so myself. So it sits on a shelf. In all this time, the company has NEVER contacted me about this product, to even find out if I had it installed.

I have 2 residences with FloLogic. I bypassed the irrigation system in on (at great cost to run power to the sprinkler system from the bypass device). It has never worked. We get false shut offs regularly on both systems. It would be great to have smart phone access to the systems.
