Plumbing leaks affect 1 in 12 dwellings every year. Catastrophic leaks often begin as a small, undetected drip. These plumbing failures devastate lives, result in billions in insurance claims annually and can cause long term damage including mold infestation. The FloLogic smart water valve constantly monitors your plumbing system and senses leaks as small as a half-ounce per minute or as significant as a broken pipe, then automatically shuts off your water to prevent water damage. Known as “the circuit breaker for every plumbing system®,” the innovative and patented FloLogic System enables home and business owners to greatly reduce or eliminate the economic and personal loss associated with plumbing failures. The FloLogic System has received numerous awards and accolades, including “Best of What’s New” award by Popular Science magazine and "One of “Top 100 Products” by Building Products magazine. The FloLogic System was featured in "This Old House" magazine “Smaller Safer, Smarter” and featured on “Ask This Old House” television program.

Robert, thank you for your review and all those stars! BTW, in a recent survey, professional plumbing installers said that the FloLogic Leak Detection System was either EASY or VERY EASY to install.
Only whole house leak defense system we use. Easy to get in touch with FloLogic, easy to order and pay for, always shipped and delivered on time. Few technical issues, and when there are there is accessible support.

This is my experience with Flologic. Starting with my first call inquiring about the product it has been a great trip. The customer service team has to be the best I have ever experienced. The product was easy to install, with basic plumbing skills like sweating copper fittings. In trail instruction were straight forward. I am looking forward to a upgrade to the control to make it connect to a Smart phone or similar system.
