I love the device, we purchased an earlier model that lasted many years. The new model is much easier to use, it has internet access and a simple and straightforward app.

I have no complaints. Everytime I call someone answers and always is helpful. One of the better tech supports. I setup every house we build and they have always helped when I have had any issues.

The FloLogic system has been very reliable for over 10 years. It is great to be able to control remotely for things like when i need to turn the water on for the spa service company to fill the spa or when guests are arriving and we are not there. I recently developed a WiFi connection issue. I spoke with Brendan of their inside sales and support group and he got things up and working again in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this system and this company.

The FloLogic shutoff valve is a serious, heavy duty industrial quality product. One reason we chose it was the ultrasonic sensor versus the mechanical paddle wheel that most other shutoff valves use. Our water has high minerals which we felt would have caused a paddle-type shutoff to fail. The app has many useful, fully programmable features. The financial strength of the parent company, Bradford White Corporation was another reason we chose the FloLogic product. Too many other companies in this arena have come and gone leaving buyers with an unsupported product. The old adage of you get what you pay for applies.
