We have used Five9 for a few years now. There were early issues using their java-based applications but those seem to have cleared up. Whenever we do have any kind of issues, they're relatively quick to respond. Overall, I recommend Five9 as a VoIP provider.

System runs with very minimal interruption. Very high up time. Occasional hiccups usually handled quickly and professionally. On rare instances resolutions take longer than anticipated, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I have and will continue to recommend Five9 as a very good cloud based solution to call centers.

Five9 like many soft phones have there issues. Five9 really does do the work to make things right. 6months ago it would have been 2stars. They are improving every month.
