I could go on and on about how fantastic Brent was during this process. He was quick to answer any question and always made my wife and I feel confident in our decision to obtain our home loan through First Federal Lakewood. He treated us with respect and genuine care for our needs. He always kept us in the loop and as first time buyers that meant the world to us helping us navigate the complexity of applying for the home loan. Without a doubt we will be reaching out to Brent when we decide to move again and pursue a new home.
