I've had the pleasure of working with Rahiem during the financing process for one of our commercial real estate projects. He has been professional, responsive, and proactive throughout, with excellent communication and a genuine commitment to helping his clients. Rahiem conducts business with integrity and has a strong understanding of the commercial lending market. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and reliable commercial finance broker, and I look forward to working with him again.

Great company to work with. Rahiem was very reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to helping his clients. I have been working with Rahiem for more than two years.

Great working with Rahiem on funding deals! Will be doing repeat business.

Rahiem was amazing! He worked tirelessly to find a lender for our client, so they could close on time! Thank you!

Raheim has been great to work with. Within hours he was able to pull in multiple options for my financing needs giving me plenty of options. Always responsive no matter what time or day I reach out

KR Funding Services exceeded all of my expectations! From the very first consultation, their team made the entire funding process feel simple and stress-free. As a small business owner, I’ve struggled in the past with confusing loan applications and less-than-favorable terms, but KR Funding Services changed that completely. They took the time to really understand my goals and financial needs, then matched me with loan options I didn’t even know were available. The team handled all the paperwork, negotiated on my behalf, and secured a funding package that perfectly fit my business. Thanks to them, I was able to expand operations, invest in new equipment, and hire additional staff — all without the usual headaches that come with applying for financing. What stood out most was their professionalism, transparency, and genuine commitment to my success. They didn’t just treat me like another client; they treated me like a partner. If you’re a small business owner or real estate investor looking for tailored funding solutions, I can’t recommend KR Funding Services enough. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you get the capital you need on the best possible terms. An absolute 5-star experience!

Ive had the opportunity to work with KRfunding on a couple of deals. They put an extensive amount of details into their request, they are very fast in their response time. Rahiem personally has made my day to day operations that much easier and I hope to continue to work with this organization
