I bought the wheels to replace clogged wheels on a utility cart. The wheels arrived on time. The wheels were as described. I am pleased with the purchase and handling.

Took me over one week to get one caster shipped to me. I only live 120 miles from them.

I have yet to receive my order !

I had to wait for the wheels... over and above the promised time..

I received a " your item has shipped long after I had my casters had arrived. the casters were sent from a local area UPS to me but the packing was horrible and the huge casters and locks were just thrown in a box it was mangled by the time i received it I will shop someplace else next time

Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!!! I placed an order, item was on back order, they called me to let me know about the delay......they called me!!!!!! The representative wanted to make sure this delay wouldn't effect my project deadline. That is awesome!!! Once I received my order, I realized I needed something a little different. I called and they walked me through their products and helped me get what I needed. Everyone was very very helpful. I would give you 10 stars!!!
