Postage was high for the single item we needed--nearly the price of the item, a door handle, and there were no postage/time of delivery options to pick a slower but cheaper cost. Ordering was easy and price of item fair.

My first toilet seat came and there was a defect with its function (don't get me wrong - it was GORGEOUS, but every time you sat on it, the seat fell off the hinge, resulting in a wet tush or a dirty bum unexpectedly sitting on the floor!). I contacted Faucet Town USA and a nice CSR named Robin responded. They asked for pictures of the issue, which I promptly provided and I was almost immediately issued a new replacement seat, which works perfectly - no more surprises, which, as we all know, are not appreciated in the bathroom.
