My only difficulty in summing up my experience with my Fastpens order is what to focus on first. The attractive design, the very reasonable price, the unbelievably prompt fulfillment of my order, the courteous and professional assistance from Customer Service in placing my order--all of these aspects of my experience exceeded my expectations. The pens are exactly what I ordered and I shall be pleased to share them with my classmates as mementos of our reunion.

Ordering process was great, pricing was good, and production time was awesome. However, I ordered light/medium gray pens and they turned out to be more like medium brownish. The black print had very little contrast despite looking normal when I ordered them. I'll probably still order again, but I'll be more careful about coloration.
