Responded to my email quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem and pointed me to the site to order the parts I needed. Parts came quickly and resolved the problem. Prices were reasonable. Very good experience.

Delivery was great and received very timely. Love the flag pole Christmas tree - it is beautiful! We chose the multi-color and have received so many compliments. It would help if the written instructions were more detailed.

I had a problem with the wrong plug adapter that came with my set. After contacting your customer support team they sent me the correct piece and everything works fine. Extremely well thought out as well as well made. My only suggestion would be to put little numbers on the bottom snaps that match the order of the top. That would make it easy to get things to line up correctly right out of the box.
