We love shopping here, we make a pilgrimage here twice per year and add to our nutcracker collection. This place brings back so many amazing memories and always has so many new things to explore and the staff is amazing!

Excellent selection. Items were in stock. Check out was easy. But the amazing experience was all in the attention and care to the detail of shipping. They shipped my fragile glass ornaments with extreme care like they were shipping them to their own family. For me, they went above and beyond and was still shipped quickly thru the USPS. Very satisfied.

Ordering, service and delivery were all good. Product needed to hot glued upon arrival as the lighting/mechanical element was falling off the bottom of the house. Not sure if this had been opened and returned?

Quality options. Shipped with careful packaging. Traditions and memories can be created, maintained and shared. All my products arrived intact and a day early.

Your store (North Woodstock) is great. Best customer service and products. I just bought some snowy forest snowy forest glass containers. I put tea lights in them and they are so pretty.

Item arrived promptly, was exactly as represented! The icing on the cake was the note from the owners expressing appreciation for supporting their small business! I will order again.
