When I purchased my light tree it was missing pieces and by the time I received the replacements it was February. Almost non-existent customer service. Buyer Beware!

Horrible website that wouldn’t process my order due to the amount. I needed a part to make my flagpole Christmas tree work. Tracking the order was impossible. Oder arrived after Christmas even though I ordered December 11th. Horrible, horrible, horrible

My tree is missing parts, I have been messaging with your customer service for a few weeks and still no resolution. I have now missed all of Christmas having my tree in the yard. Not pleased at all! Terrible service!!!

I have purchased two flag pole Christmas trees two separate years and both trees have had large sections of lights go out after only a couple weeks up

I only received a pole. No lights. I emailed both emails for the company an no response after one week. I have a pole from the Netherlands with no lights. Great.

The installation instructions were not clear in setting it up. The diagram should have had written instructions along with it. Trying to install it in 20 degree weather is not pleasant, but this is the time of the year we use them. It is up but it doesn't look anything like the picture in the box. Sorry I purchased it!

The remote doesn’t work. Replaced the battery with no success. App does not connect reliably and built in control options are minimal
