Great product

I first saw these fairybell outdoor Christmas trees at my next door neighbors … fell in love with them & ordered them immediately…. They arrived within 4 days … easy assembly & they look amazing in my yard too !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered two 13 foot lit trees and did not receive them as they were back ordered. I had to reach out to find out what the status was and then received a survey. as of now I’m not really happy. Since the holiday is now over and I still don’t have the trees.

Bought my flagpole tree in October. One panel went out. Did the test and they are sending a new panel right to me. Easy Thanks

Product arrived late and when I tried reaching out to return the item for a refund I couldn’t get any assistance.

Came in time easy set up looked great.
