The glasses don’t last very long. The plastic hinges snap after a few months.

He recibido las gafas y son fantásticas. Las utilizo habitualmente para la práctica de ciclismo y el GPS se ve perfectamente ( según la graduación seleccionada) sin mover la cabeza he utilizado las gafas de sol con proteccion más oscuras debido a que tengo los ojos muy claros (no me atrevía con las fotocromaticas) Recomiendo estas gafas para quien ve correctamente de lejos y en cambio ve mal de cerca. Saludos

I received my glasses today, having placed order on 17/11/24. My prescription from 11/11/24 was disputed and not followed as they said theirs would be better. Unfortunately, after trying several times, I found that I could not use the glasses as they made the print look blurred. After being promptly contacted by Eyekeeper, I was offered a full refund. The stars awarded are for excellent customer service.

Poor communication. I browsed online and selected some glasses, seeing the Microsoft Shopping app had a discount code for the purchase, I went ahead but was charged the full amount, no discount. Have tried several times to cancel the order but the online cancellation process isn't working, nor is the edit order function and customer services have not replied to several messages. The telephone number is for a full message box and so it stands, I've paid more than the website order stated, no cancellation, and no communication. And I have tried several times to cancel, it's not easy or quick to cancel with this firm.

My recent purchase of 5 pack of eyekeeper readers has again left me pleased with the quality ,value , trendy look and compliments that I have received.

I previous order was lost because you used the Mexican Postal.you then sent them with another service. I had to wait 3 months. I reordered again and asked you not to use the postal service as they don't deliver. You refused to do so, so I now buy from AliExpress.

I like the product and the price!
