One pair of glasses broke ( slight damage ) but was replaced promptly

I liked the glasses I ordered from eyekeeper, some of the best reading glasses I've ever owned because of their comfort and the look they gave me with the color of the frame and the transition lens. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. I also had a chance to work with their customer service associates and they emailed me promptly and were very attentive in addressing any concerns I had with my purchase.

Metalless Glasses were helpful but broke pretty quickly - company reached out and offered a resend or refund. I chose refund and am waiting to buy some with a metal pin. Overall customer service experience was great, 1st set of glasses not so much
