They put new frames on my Silhouettes glasses but there was only one choice. That frame is very flimsy. I would have paid more for a more substantial frame.

You get what you pay for! Works fine for me, but daily glasses wearers might be dismayed by the slightly asymmetrical cut and installation. One lens looks too big and the bolt doesn't quite close the frame around it.

Offering reading glasses made with cr39 plastic was attractive. Price was mediocre. Website was very difficult to use, and web pages are presented in a non-logical order. If I ordered glasses in the past, and just wanted to repeat a previous order for the same item(s); there appears no way to do this.

Lenses were fine but frame size was not as stated. We called and individual that we spoke to said frame manufacture changed sizes. Very hard to believe. Temple length is longer than ordered and they said they could grind them down and make them shorter? He said he would email us a prepaid return label, but that never happened! Can't compare this firm to others on the internet since this was our first transaction with eye ware.

I asked for mono vision, which is one clear lens. needless to say it didn't happen. Other than that very easy site to use and very fast. Would use them again but will call.

Frame and lenses are very light - super comfortable. Lenses provide clear vision in a relatively narrow band, which may be due to the prescription or perhaps the thin material? Possibly the limitation of having to self-measure for glasses versus the more in-depth fitting at Lenscrafters. Less eye strain from my RayBan prescription suns, purchased thru Lenscrafters, although at twice the price!
