The items came very well-packed. The envelope is sturdy enough for the items that include flags and plastic stand. The shipping is fast. I am very happy with my purchase.

This site was more difficult to use than many I’ve used. When I put items in my cart I couldn’t view it until I checked out. I tried twice and didn’t think my order had gone through. Then when I went to check out, It had doubled the order. When I tried to correct it, I couldn’t find a way to edit and correct it so it went through that way. I had to call customer service to correct it. I then got an e-mail the next day telling me that I had left something out of my order on line, but didn’t tell me what. I was waiting to get an e-mail telling me the status of my order, if it had been shipped, etc. My order was delivered quickly, but I never found out what was going on. Finally, there was not an invoice in the package and the pennants were not as pictured. The colors were more transparent than I thought they would be. I will not order from this company again.
