Easy to find what I needed. Cheaper. Fairly quick delivery.

Had my part for a discontinued model. I recieved exactly what i needed in a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered what I thought would be an attachment for my Electrolux. It was an off brand and bit the dust after several months--the fittings did not match properly. When I contacted the company to stand behind their product I never heard from them again.

This was my first order from evacuumstore. I am completely satisfied with the web site, ease of ordering, order confirmation and shipping status. The two items received were exactly as presented in the web site. One was a complete vacuum head the other was a repair part for my existing vacuum head. The price of both were fair and competitive. It was extremely beneficial that Evacuumstore had a "how to" video on replacing the power nozzle elbow that made the job easy, without it the task would have been a challenge.

Replacement parts for our old Kirby generation three fit perfectly came in the mail fast & I wiould definitely use evacuumstore again
