Evacuum seemed to have a good price on the Delphin T8, which showed in stock when I ordered. I expected to receive the vacuum promptly, but after a few weeks noticed it was now showing out of stock, so I requested my order be cancelled and refunded, which they did. I wished they hadn’t sold me out of stock items and that they had informed me sooner instead of leaving me looking in my mail drop each day and wondering.

I found the filters that I needed. Prices were good. Then when I started the buying process I found out that the shipping cost were higher than the 2 filters together. That's a big no-no for me.

I was glad to find the exact part I needed at evacuum . I’m not a fan of Shop, their tracking site. They wanted too much personal information. After 3 weeks I checked on the status of my order and was informed it was still on back order. I had not even been informed that it was on back order. I asked to cancel my order and they did so in a quick and professional manner.

Ordered a part for a vacuum cleaner. 7 days later I get a notice that a "pre-shipping"tracking number has been issued. I wonder how much longer it will take to ship it, let along to receive it once it is shipped. What a scam, they obviously don't carry any stock and order the parts as they are bought. Stay Away

The salesperson was extremely helpful with our order. However, the problem was that Sebo sent us a new vacuum which did not work. When I contacted evacuumstore, they referred us to a technician. I was asked for photos, which I then sent. The technician NEVER got back to us. As a result, when I called evacuumstore again, we were told to contact Sebo directly, who, in turn, sent us to a local store which handles the warranty. Ironically, we were sent a defective hose by Sebo, a rarity, and are awaiting resolution. At the price of this vacuum, there should have been no issues. If you buy from evacuumstore, be forewarned that they do not care about you once they have your money.

USPS is terrible! They are the most incompetent and inefficient method of shipping a package! I never know where my package will be sent - ZIP codes seem to mean nothing. I did get my order - finally - by tracking it down to the wrong post office and driving there to pick it up myself. Of course, non of this is the fault of evacuum store. The order they sent contained the correct items and was ADDRESSED CORRECTLY!

I order two replacement parts for a vacuum cleaner one came in as order the other one was no in the package. I called customer service and was told the other part would be mailed out immediately. That was a week ago and I m still waiting for the part. No email was sent with a tracking number or any conformation that part was mailed. However the part has already been paid for. The person from customer service was friendly and I though at the time helpful now not so sure.

I was surprised that when you included the extra bags I bought, you took them out of their boxes and put them in the same box as the new vacuum. They were loose and all over the place as well as both filters. It was odd not to just ship them separately. Now I need to find a box to gather and place them in. Also, I wish you were able to offer a color choice on the vacuum. I try very hard to use smaller businesses and stay away from always going to Amazon.
