Ordered genuine Electrolux canister bags, what I got was not oem bags

I purchased a replacement hose for my vacuum cleaner. The hose works but it is a defective product because at one end, connected to the canister, the hose is not properly inserted into the metal part and produces a loud noise unless pushed in by hand as I vacuum.
