EuybikeReviews of euybike.com

I really wanted to love this bike. The K6 Pro 2.0 looked like a great option in this price range, and I was genuinely excited to get it and film a detailed review to share with the community. However, the FedEx delivery was a disaster. The driver handed my package to a random person without ringing my doorbell or calling me. I was home the whole time. Euybike's customer service was incredibly helpful. They stepped in, fought the courier on my behalf, and eventually processed a full refund for me. I appreciate their support, but because the whole process took so long and caused so much stress, I ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase. I still believe Euybike offers great value, and I genuinely hope to have the chance to test and review one of your bikes in the future.

The company did do well. I thought I had ordered a different color bike, but at this point I don't care. I do know that the bike I ordered was on back order and when it came in, maybe it only came in the color of which I received. I do think that there could be some clear instruction or really good Youtube instruction for little things for those who are not as mechanically inclined, such as the little pads and the brake disk area. At first, I thought maybe they needed to be removed. Umm, the lucidity of. The fork area did not need to happen. And so I was able to navigate around that to be able to get the tire on correctly. The horn is not stabilized, it kind of rotates back and forth. So I think that should be something that can be stabilized. It made me more clear. Instruction on if one of your motors is not reading. Basically, if you get an error 24. How best to get to especially the back motor connection? As some other instruction was to remove the. Basket. Which proved to be a pain. All that being said. I took it out for its first run up on a dirt road and some spur roads and the bike acted beautifully, especially when I hit the patch. Of deeper gravel. The one huge thing I think I would put in as a disclaimer is when you stop your bike, please move your motor speed down to 0 or 1, otherwise it can flip you off. Your bike. And even at one, it could still do that if you're not careful.

Incompetent company. From the get I had to wait a month for my bike to restock. Then when it was in stock and the bike was shipped, they had the wrong address. They had enough time to correct the address but did not, so my delivery was 5 days late. By the 3rd day I canceled and they had time to call fedex to help cancel but did not, so the package still came. Happily the bike was returned without much issue. I did received a front bike bag as compensation that arrived with no problem, (go figure). The bag is not esthetically pleasing at all, (garbage bin). I will not order from this company even if they offered me a free bike.

As a 23 brand dealer, Euybike is by far on the top of the list for reliable service, quality and support.
