Both brakes were rubbing bad and needed adjustment. Needs rear suspension. The horn should be electric. The stock bell is useless. Had a few scratches where there was no protective padding. The seat isn't very comfortable. Never received the free phone holder.

I don’t believe it is Euybikes fault but I’m delivery never made it to me it was damaged in transit so they just returned it to them. I think they could have let me know sooner. Also before I ordered it they should tell you that when it’s delivered it will require a signature. Didn’t find that out until later and it was from shipping company.

There wasn't an installation manual included with the turn signal, nor a manual/video online. When I emailed the company, I was sent a picture that helped with the install. But really, no installation manual?

We are disappointed by our C-3's short range. Only 12 miles on full charge, even with P0 pedalling on flat ground.

Instructions for installing rear basket were incomplete. Did not show how to attach to bike. I had to go on Youtube to find out how to install it.

I like the bike. However, you should tell your customers BEFORE THEY PURCHASE that the bike will arrive via FedEx and will require a signature. And saying that the bike is 90 or 95% assembled it just not true

So the bike rides well I've only had it for a week. My issue is with the customer service. I bought the s4 mx pro . It was supposed to come with fenders as per. I got one. It was supposed to come with rear view mirrors . I had to email customer service because it didn't have them . They took a day to get back to me. Then they shipped them. Overall the issue is customer service it would be nice to have a number to call to talk to a human being instead of waiting on an email. Hopefully the bike holds up well over time.

I apologize that we didn't get back to you in a timely manner due to October 6 being a weekend. We got back to you 10 hours later and we asked you the C-clap post for the handlebar or the seat tube. We didn't receive a reply to your email resulting in not shipping this part to you in the first place. We will ship it to you as soon as possible, thank you.
