The front plate came cracked in the mail twice. While that was frustrating, these things happen, and Eskute support was phenomenal to correspond with and sent me a 3rd plate double wrapped which came in perfect condition. The responsiveness and willing to help without question was a refreshing experience.

i got my Eskute Nova X recently and it rides really well. I had to wait a couple weeks for it to arrive because they said that they were running out of stocks. Jill, an Eskute employee, really helped me along with the process. He updated me on exactly where the bike is and that it is going to be delivered soon. I took my Nova X to a canyon and it rips for sure. Overall, great company and thank you Jill.

I ordered my Eskute e bike which came in with a broken horn. Customer service went above and beyond to accommodate my issues and concerns with the bike. I was issued a replacement and the situation was rectified with care by customer service rep Jade to make my situation right. Very good bike and even better customer service. I will be ordering more Eskute products in the future.
