I bought this bike for my son to get back and forth to work. He absolutely loves it. We haven’t had any problems until recently when the back tire separated from the bike. I sent a picture to customer service. They determined it was a flat tire and offered a spare tire at half price. Very prompt customer service and support.

We are truly honored by your fantastic review. Tires are wear-and-tear consumables and therefore not covered by the product warranty.
