Ordered a bike about 8 months ago. It never preformed like advertised. Says in the advertisement that it get 40-60 miles on pedal assist. On it lowest settings never got even 20 miles on a full charge. Then the battery went out. Says its fully charged . Then when the pedal assist kicks in the bike cuts off completely. I made a claim on the battery and for 3 weeks now I've been getting the run around. First they said they couldn't find my order in there system so I sent them the info. Then the asked for a video so I sent it. They said for almost 2 weeks that they can't see that I sent a video. So then they message me saying the video was blocked by Walmart. Now there trying to say that something got wet. Its never been wet. Never been in the rain and is stored in my living room. It has and had a bad cell from the beginning. Never buy from eoeotwo. I have 5 ebikes this is the only one that has had any problems with. I have one ebike that has 7000 miles on it and still works. Of course its a different brand. Do not buy from this company!

I purchased the Eoeotwo 48V 23.4 Ah scooter several weeks ago from AliExpress. Because I live in Calif, it was delivered the next night from a Walnut, CA warehouse. Out of the box - the recommended 50 PSI tires had 25 PSI air in them, the brakes are soft, squeaky and loud (still). This Company's own website link doesn't work. When I went on YouTube to complain about the scooter not showing ODO mileage for a week after riding the scooter, I asked for a replacement display. I was told (via a YouTube comment from them) to, "check the cables" and send THEM a video... I advised that I sent an email to the designated email address shown on the manual booklet. I included proof of purchase, pictures of the box etc. The advertised 1200 watt scooter is 1124 watts. These are young guys who only show video's of themselves in dark sunglasses on YouTube jumping up and down on the scooters. The odometer still doesn't register the mileage. I don't recommend anyone buy ANYTHING from them. I haven't heard from this company since I sent my email on 10/9/26.

I like the way the scooter looks but it is no where close to the 31 MPH listed. Mopre like 20 mph. The 24 hour chat, its a joke you can message them 24 hours but do NOT expect a reply. I feel like i got scamed and by the way you get treated after the sale better pray you do not have issues. Take my advice by something else!!!

Love this scooter. The suspension is awesome and the build quality feels great. Customer service was very responsive too. Highly recommend.

So far, so good . I had an issue with a part of the bike being bent . Great customer service and support got me squared away in less than two weeks .
