The product arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. Shipping updates were provided throughout the process, which made the experience even better. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations, and everything worked perfectly out of the box. What impressed me the most was their communication and willingness to help before and after the purchase. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Really happy with my order from Bike Lover USA. The website was easy to use, shipping was quick, and everything showed up just as expected. I’ll be back if I need anything else for my bike. Great experience for sure!

The bike I ordered shipped with slight damage on the plastic fender so I reached out to them and they sent me a new one no questions asked. They responded fairly quick and my new fender arrived within a week no charge to me. Would definitely buy another bike from them if I was to get another one. Everything else about the experience was good too.

Overall great experience! Great deals with great service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish! customer service was the best I’ve experienced. The website was easy to use, ordering was simple, and my e-bike arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The quality is excellent, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an e-bike.

Good customer support, Nice experience

I found a way better deal on a bike so I reached out to ask how to cancel. 1day later they finally text back with an email. I emailed and asked them to cancel my order. They told me it's to late and already out for shipment. I checked but only a label was created after I had reached out. Now I'm getting a notification from ups that the delivery date has changed because the pickup wasn't ready on their part. Horrible customer service. What a scam!!!!!
