The service was amazing, fast, instant and very user friendly. I got connected with Notary person name Todd Shnun Curry Jr. He helped to do the online notary at his 4 AM CST. Very professional person. Interaction with him was great. He made the notary experience great. Full star to his service.

Nancy Ghosh has helped me two separate times get a notary for a state we needed. Both times we were connected with Amy Perkins. Both people were incredibly helpful and patient. I would recommended their services to anyone!!

Since my mom who needs to sign the document does not speak English, the first notary connected, Penny Nakate, was very helpful to find another notary to complete the eSign for me. She went above and beyond what she needed to do while it's 2am in the morning in FL. She stay connected with me and communicated with me via email to make sure I will get the help I need. The customer service representative, Valerie Shree, was also very helpful when she took the initiative to contact me and assigned the notary that can speak to my mom in her language. Though it was difficult to schedule a time to meet online due to the time difference, but both Valerie and Leo Yong worked with me and we were able to get the document signed within 2 hours! Thank you for all the hard work and excellent communication to make me feel at ease and knew I was well taking care of.
