Very disappointed and starting to suspect this site is a scam. Uploaded all required documents and then proceeded to get emails about a mandatory (for fee) training that wasn’t advertised on the site. Then was told the training had to be live and the hours were all way outside my time zone. Now today I got an email saying my application was “rejected” because my initials had a gap on them (!?) - this has been the worst customer, UI and UX experience. I hope someone from the company actually reads this and responds since I am not getting a reply about this when sending questions directly to the company. I have little confidence in using this site with my clients if I can’t even get past a simple onboarding without it feeling like hoops and antics. Horrible experience.

The experience you describe relates to onboarding for notaries, which is a separate process. We're here to help clear up any confusion—please reach out so we can assist further.
Extremely complicated & immature system that even an IT expert will have a hard time with. Though I'm always willing to help improve, I do not accept as a principle that agreed fees suddely increase by over 50%. I agreed to pay $10 for each cosigner on the document, and also pay $5 for his verification process. Then I got an email whith this strange billing for each cosigner: - Co signer fee: 10 - Additional sign fee: 10 (co signer's signature) - Miscellaneous (ID Verification): 5 So a "cosigner" pays $10 and then an "additional sign fee" of $10 for his signature?? The support lady on the phone first had to ask the notary herself what this extra fee is for, and when she got no satisfactory answer, she tried to blame me for not remembering that she allegedly told me about this fee, and that is was recorded. Of course the recording was never found, and she then tried to argue that this is a "registration" fee, which is also NOT stated on the web page. In fact registration is free. The fact that the lady spoke almost with an incomprehensible Asian accent does not improve my experience. Three stars for trying to help.
