I paid $25 had my document notarized they send me back a file containing a picture of my document I inform them I need a document not a picture they said they didn’t even ask me to upload a document which makes no sense at least that is what Sasha tells me she Crops the picture sends it and tells Me it’s a PDF now and it’s not it’s still an image! And they won’t return my $25 and Sasha kept hanging up on me

a lot of fees. I had to pay $25 for the notarization, then a $5 KBA and then the notary person charged me $40 on top of all that. $75. I should have just drove to UPS and paid $10. Was not worth all that money for a stamp and signature. More of a fee grabber.

Terrible website They charge to verify identity You have to upload non stop same info for signer than co-signer And no file number to finish the process Someone calling you with an accent from Asia difficult to impossible to understand But charging your credit card $5 for each co-signer immediately feeling it’s a scam. Valerie email finally put me in touch with a real notary speaking English and Vidya Shree asking to refresh Means nothing since I still don’t have a file number a scam After putting on the review finally a notary contacted me and walk me through . Valerie help put me in touch after too hours online Website has not what’s up nor FaceTime so expect big long distance bill when overseas . After three hours I finally got my doc signed with an extra $15 due to special help . My three hours had no value. Enrico Cagliari was knowledgeable and helpful. The problem is the website sending so many verification partial payment and repeat request to register .

Hi Krief, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand the process felt frustrating and took longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your patience in completing it. To clarify, the $5 identity verification charge per signer and co-signer is a KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentication) fee charged by a third-party application, not by our platform directly. This step is required to ensure compliance and security during the notarization process. In rare cases, when the information uploaded is incomplete or repeated, the system requests re-verification, which can add extra time. We’re glad to hear that Valerie and Enrico were able to assist you and that your document was ultimately notarized successfully. Our team provides multilingual support to serve customers globally, but we also understand your concerns about clarity in communication and will continue improving in this area. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can refine the process and enhance transparency, and we’re committed to making the experience smoother for every customer moving forward. Warm Regards, The eNotary On Call team
Very disappointed and starting to suspect this site is a scam. Uploaded all required documents and then proceeded to get emails about a mandatory (for fee) training that wasn’t advertised on the site. Then was told the training had to be live and the hours were all way outside my time zone. Now today I got an email saying my application was “rejected” because my initials had a gap on them (!?) - this has been the worst customer, UI and UX experience. I hope someone from the company actually reads this and responds since I am not getting a reply about this when sending questions directly to the company. I have little confidence in using this site with my clients if I can’t even get past a simple onboarding without it feeling like hoops and antics. Horrible experience.
