eNotary On Call in Hollywood, Broward County, Florida, - Perfect
Anitha Penikalapati of eNotary On Call in Hollywood, Broward County, Florida, has the best customer service and the best technology setup of the five online notary services I have used in the last three years. CUSTOMER SERVICE eNotary On Call called me while I was signing up for an account and attempting to have a document notarized on their website. I was only beginning the verification process. They asked if I needed any help, which I did! They walked me through each step. I did not ask for help, but they were obviously aware of me being on their website and jumped in to help me. ATTITUDE AND PROFESSIONALISM The kind woman who called me without me asking for help had a bright personality, full of energy and professionalism. She was focused on my project. ROCK SOLID TECHNOLOGY The eNotary On Call technology worked very well, without delays or freezes. ATTENTION TO DETAIL The eNotary On Call notary asked the right questions about two areas of the document. DEDICATION All of the above took place late in the workday, just before 5:00 pm. PRICE Very reasonable. OVERALL VALUE All things considered, eNotary On Call gave me the best value. I highly recommend them.
