I'm based in Turkey and needed a USPS Form 1583 notarized remotely, which turned out to be far more complicated than expected. My mailbox provider and the notary disagreed about which box had to be filled, and the form was rejected once. I had already been going back and forth on this for weeks. eNotary On Call sorted it out in a single day. Nancy from the support team stayed with me the whole way: she contacted the notary directly, briefed them in advance so nothing was missed in the session, arranged a new appointment around the notary's availability, and handled a payment issue herself without me having to chase anything. She replied to every message within minutes and never once made me feel like a nuisance. English is not my first language and that has caused problems for me elsewhere. Here it was never an issue. Everyone was patient, clear and respectful. If you need remote online notarization, especially from outside the US, this is the place. Thank you Nancy and thank you to the notary team.
