I ordered the knobs separately and the strip with the commander. After waiting ages for dispatch, they assured me everything would be sent. Then, without any warning, they refunded the strip because it was out of stock, but still sent the buttons, which are completely useless without the commander. What’s worse is they did this without even giving me the opportunity to cancel the entire order. I’m now left with two useless buttons. #Edited - they refunded me and told me to refuse the shipment. So all ok.

Ich war ursprünglich zufrieden mit dem Commander und dem Knob. Die Stalks kamen erstmal mit leeren Batterien, dann haben sie nun zunehmend Fehler und reagieren nicht oder nur sporadisch auf Eingabe. Der Support reagiert erst tagelang überhaupt nicht und will dann Videos der versuchten Vorgänge. Da das Gerät überhaupt nicht mehr verbaut ist, ist das nicht möglich. Eine Rückabwicklung / Ausbesserung wird nicht angeboten. Support ist unterirrdisch und wird zudem bestenfalls auf Englisch kontaktiert, um überhaupt eine Reaktion zu erhalten.

Don’t buy from this store. I ordered items over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. There is no proper communication, no updates, and customer service is nearly impossible to reach. When they do respond, it takes ages and feels unprofessional. At this point, I’m seriously concerned that I’ve lost my money. After looking further, I’ve seen many other negative reviews—and unfortunately, they all seem to be true. This company clearly does not care about its customers. Avoid at all costs.

I order 2 items , 1 S3XY Strio and 1 Knob. After I place the order and wait 10 days (7 bussines days) and saw that my order status was not update (shipped) was they wrote on there site that the items will be shipped in 9-10 bussines days, I try to contact them, and suproze they only have a contact form, not email adress or phone no. I contact them on contact form and after 3 days they answer me that will not shipp the order because S3xy Strip is out of stoc and now it's only on preorder and the shippemnt will be after august. I ask them to return my money for this item and send only the know, and not asnwer from them after 3 emails and another 4 days (bussines days). I field a complain to Bulgarian authorities and I advice everyone to do this online at kzp.bg, maybe if will open more complains abiut this type of bussines, they will be more honest with there clients in future.

Sconsiglio l'acquisto dei loro prodotti, ho provato a contattarli varie volte senza mai ricevere una risposta. Il prodotto Commander prometteva una funzione di disattivare l'altoparlante esterno che in realtà non disattiva. Il prodotto è di qualità scadente e non vale il prezzo di acquisto

Very poor bought a strip light that only works when you wiggle the wire ..could actually cause a fire that wouldn't be insured.. customers service is really rubbish told me to take a video and then shut the case waste of money

Surprised at the negative experiences. I have a strip, knob and commander. All work perfectly. I ordered a Dash and mistakenly ordered for 3 rather than Y. Sent them an email and got a reply with 24 hours confirming they had amended my order following my mistake. Like the Tesla I come into updates that give me new features, their instal videos are second to none and give you the confidence to do it yourself and my experience of their products and service has been perfect. As a result I will continue to follow and probably buy the next thing they release. Surprised they haven’t done a rear screen.

Der Commander funktioniert nicht mehr da es einen Commander 2 gibt daher hoch unseriös. Wer weiß denn ob es nicht auch bald einen Commander 3 geben wird... Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!
